Responsibilities
  • Empower the Team: Provide top-notch administrative and organisational support to our management.
  • Keep the Engine Running: Master the classic back-office operations of our vibrant communications agency.
  • Be the Go-To: Act as the dependable point of contact for both client care and our service providers, handling emails and phone queries with poise.
  • Shape the Future: Lend your expertise in planning and strategy development to attract new clients.
  • Drive Creative Execution: Oversee the production processes—both in-house and with partners—for a wide range of web and print projects including ads, banners, flyers, brochures, posters, websites, social media campaigns, and web videos.
  • Maintain Order: Take charge of the everyday office operations—from calls and scheduling to mail, orders, document processing, filing, and archiving.
  • Manage the Flow: Prepare quotes and invoices with precision.
  • Support the Numbers: Assist with preliminary accounting tasks.
  • Lead IT Excellence: Oversee IT management to keep our operations running smoothly.
  • Think Beyond: Bring in fresh ideas and a keen interest in media planning.
  • Evolve with Us: Continuously develop and enhance our agency portfolio, with a special focus on digital innovation.
Qualifications
  • You hold a solid commercial qualification or equivalent experience, ideally with an agency background.
  • You relish engaging with clients and collaborating with consultants and designers alike.
  • You have a genuine interest in the creative industry and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • You’re proficient in Google Workspace, MS Office, and various tool software—such as time tracking and project management tools like Clickup and Moco—with bonus points if you’re familiar with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (particularly Photoshop and InDesign).
  • You enjoy working in an organized manner while smoothly juggling a variety of tasks.
  • Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate ideas with ease.
  • You bring a strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and the ability to work independently—even in demanding situations.
  • Your flexibility and friendly demeanour make you a pleasure to work with.
  • You’re fluent in German at a native level and have a good command of English.
  • Ideally, you have some hands-on experience with AI-based tools and a keen interest in optimising processes through AI.
